We continue to seek out new training in various interventions and integrate a variety of modalities when working with a client to create an effective treatment plan for presented problems. Each client is unique, and depending on your circumstances and what brings you to therapy, we may utilize skills and techniques associated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness Interventions, and aspects of Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
